Apex Day Rehabilitation Centre for Elderly (ADRC) is a day rehabilitation and day care centre in Singapore, providing physiotherapy, occupational therapy and structured exercise-based rehabilitation alongside day care services for elderly clients. Our multidisciplinary team helps clients maintain and regain functional abilities, mobility and independence through individualised, secular, person-centred care — enabling them to continue living safely and confidently in the community.
