About

Breadline Group was formed in 1975 by a group of volunteers whose sole aim is to help the less fortunate in Singapore, especially the aged and disabled. The Group is run entirely by volunteers and operate from members’ homes. None of our volunteers are paid. We have consistently kept our operating expenses to about 1% of our total annual budget, so the funds we raise go directly to the poor and needy. The Group assists about 150 families in Singapore. These families and individuals are referred by Social Workers from Family Service Centres and hospitals.
