Breakthrough Missions is a faith-based non-profit organisation dedicated to restoring lives and rebuilding families through holistic rehabilitation, care and community support. Since 1983, we have journeyed with individuals seeking freedom from drug addiction and other life-controlling challenges, helping them find renewed hope, purpose and dignity. Beyond rehabilitation, we believe in empowering our residents through meaningful work, skills development and social enterprises that prepare them for successful reintegration into society.
