Donations help provide food and financial assistance to low-income families, support for children’s education such as bursaries, pocket money funds and tuition, and programmes that support youth engagement and leadership, build strong families and empower seniors. Contributions also enable EA to reach out and uplift individuals and families in need through mentoring, enrichment workshops, and community activities.
The Eurasian Association (EA) was founded in 1919 to cater to the welfare and advancement of all Eurasians. In 1994, the Association was accorded Self-Help status by the Government to act on behalf of the Eurasian community in Singapore. The EA provides services for the community in three key areas: educational advancement, community development and family support services.
