Marking 48 years of service this year, we are proud to have supported close to 200 vulnerable seniors and families, especially in the HDB rental blocks within Geylang East, where our dedicated team reaches out to isolated elderly residents through regular home visits and check-ins; to meet the sharp rise in needs since last year, we have significantly scaled up our ration distribution operations to embrace and support even more families in our community, and your donation helps us sustain our essential food support initiative during this challenging period.
For nearly five decades, Geylang East Home for the Aged (GEHA) has been a steadfast pillar of support for Singapore’s senior community. We are dedicated to empowering older adults to lead meaningful, fulfilling lives by nurturing their physical, emotional, social, and psychological well-being across every stage of ageing. Through our comprehensive suite of services including our Active Ageing Centre, Senior Care Centre, and Sheltered Home, GEHA provides holistic care that seamlessly supports both active community-dwelling seniors and those requiring structured, center-based assistance.
