Donations to The Food Bank Singapore will help support the Back-to-School Support Programme that provides food and stationery support for school-going children from lower-income households, as well as the Food Support Programme which fully relies on rescued food and surplus for redistribution to our network of around 150 beneficiary partner touchpoints.
At The Food Bank Singapore, we turn surplus food into sustenance. In 2025, we distributed ~700,000kg of food (2.28M meals) to vulnerable communities including seniors & lower income households. By rescuing surplus, we reduce food waste and its negative impact on the environment, while uplifting communities with food support for social impact. As times, we also procure food to meet the needs of our beneficiary partners, and are involved in research, education & advocacy to highlight the paradox between food insecurity and food waste to build a more food-secure and sustainable Singapore.
