Frail seniors also rely on donations like yours for door-to-door transport and medical escort to appointments, $50 for one trip or $100 for two. Beyond seniors, gifts like these support special needs education and vocational training, emergency grocery or utility help for families in crisis, academic tuition and enrichment classes for primary and secondary school students from low-income families.
Since 1975, PCS has cared for seniors, people with special needs, and vulnerable youth across Singapore, through home care and meals for homebound seniors, a special needs school and training institute, emergency financial help for families in crisis, and a youth centre to support primary and secondary students from low-income families. Last year, over 1,200 seniors received meals, medical escorts, or befriending visits, and $11,700 went to families facing sudden hardship. We believe every generation deserves care, dignity, and the empowerment to thrive.
