SINGAPORE HOSPICE COUNCIL
Every gift helps a caregiver, patient, or grieving family get support when they need it most. Donations fund public education workshops like Palliative Care 101, support our Resource Hub (e-Library) with practical information, keep community signposts and outreach booths running at libraries and events, and put trained ambassadors in neighbourhoods across Singapore. Your support helps caregivers and families caring for a loved one with a serious illness, people navigating grief, and members of the public who may not know where to start find the information, resources and support they need.
Singapore Hospice Council brings together 28 hospice and palliative care organisations to ensure that patients with serious illnesses and their families receive the right support, comfort and dignity. Founded in 1995, we provide training and resources for healthcare professionals, as well as public education and community programmes such as Palliative Care 101, Live Well. Leave Well. Festival and Compassionate Communities Singapore. These efforts strengthen quality care and help Singaporeans feel more ready to talk about death, dying, grief and bereavement.
