Singapore Women’s Association (SWA) is a non-profit welfare organisation founded in 1954 with the aim of enhancing the quality of life of underprivileged individuals and families in Singapore. On a regional level, SWA is an affiliate and founding member of the Federation of the Asia-Pacific Womens Associations (FAWA) since 1959. FAWA is a platform for young and experienced women leaders to share and promote the well being, goodwill and understanding among women in the region a network to develop women leaders for the community.
