Every contribution helps us provide holistic care and support patients on their journey towards greater independence.
We are a community hospital providing rehabilitative and sub-acute care for patients recovering from illness, injury or surgery. Our services include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, haemodialysis, homecare and community health services. We work closely with patients, families, volunteers and community partners to promote recovery, independence and well-being, while building a caring and inclusive community for all.
