A $50 donation can support two women in crisis through AWARE’s Helpline. A gift of $100 provides one counselling session for a family violence survivor. For someone dealing with sexual assault, $300 covers free, confidential support and help deciding what comes next. Behind every call, $1,000 trains and equips three Helpline volunteers.
Founded in 1985, AWARE (Association of Women for Action and Research) is Singapore’s leading women’s rights and gender-equality advocacy group. It works to identify and eliminate gender-based barriers through research, advocacy, education, training and support services.
