Care for the Elderly Foundation (CEF) is a community care organisation dedicated to supporting the elderly age with dignity and care in the community. CEF provides home-based medical, nursing and social care services for frail, vulnerable and homebound elderly, while supporting their caregivers and families through their care journey. Through its services and community initiatives, CEF seeks to enhance the well-being and quality of life, strengthen caregiver support, and enable our elderly clients to be supported and cared for in the community.
