Donated monies will support the operating costs, programs and services for vulnerable young women, including daily living needs, counselling, transport, education, skills development, employment readiness and community reintegration. It will enable us to provide a safe, stable and nurturing environment that enables our beneficiaries to rebuild their lives and achieve greater independence. GEM New Start Centre Limited (GEMnsc) is a Singapore charity and IPC committed to empowering vulnerable young women towards positive, independent and purposeful lives. GEMnsc provides a safe and structured residential home for young women facing challenging circumstances or requiring support following incarceration or probation.
