As an IPC charity, we work with partners to deliver accessible, inclusive care for a healthier migrant workforce across Singapore's Construction, Marine Shipyard, and Process(CMP) sectors, through: Dental Services: Fillings, gum treatment, and extractions, plus preventive dental health promotion through our partners; Physiotherapy Services: Treatment for lower back, neck, knee, and shoulder pain; Psychological Care Services: Counselling, casework support, and mental health education — commonly for anxiety linked to medical conditions, and relationship strains at work or home.
MigrantWell provides essential dental, psychological, and rehabilitative care for migrant workers, bridging gaps in existing healthcare plans. Launched by the SBF Foundation alongside philanthropic leaders from the estates of Khoo Teck Puat and Ng Teng Fong during the COVID-19 pandemic, the initiative created a dedicated care compact for Singapore’s vulnerable migrant workforce. Today, MigrantWell Singapore operates as a charity with IPC status, serving as a testament to the nation’s commitment to valuing and supporting the health and well-being of the workers vital to its economy.
