Money donated to us will go towards providing youths with free mental health support, such as through therapy, casework, and psychological services.
Limitless is a youth mental health charity that provides accessible mental health treatment and support to youths between 12-25. We do this through our intervention programs where our counsellors and social workers work to support youths who may be struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, or suicidality. We are also involved in outreach and public education, and run mental health programmes for youths, educators, parents, and helping professionals.
