Pasir Panjang Hill Community Services Centre
The donations collected will support our community programs, including our bi-weekly distribution of fresh groceries and essential items to low-income families. The funds will also help us provide monthly financial assistance to families who are in need, ensuring they receive ongoing support during challenging times.
Since 2002, Pasir Panjang Hill Community Services Centre has supported over 3,000 low-income families and vulnerable seniors each year, through after-school Care Centre, Active ageing programs, Youth programs and grocery distribution and home visits for isolated elderly residents across Ayer Rajah. Our social workers also work closely with local schools and grassroots partners to reach families who need support most. The mission of PPHCSC is to provide loving cares and service to the residents of Ayer Rajah community.
