Founded in 1970, SHF is dedicated to promoting heart health, preventing and reducing disability and death due to cardiovascular disease and stroke. SHF has strategic life-saving initiatives underlined by core pillars of Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Resuscitation. We organise heart health awareness campaigns, run 3 cardiac rehabilitation centres, train tens of thousands in life-saving skills (e.g. CPR+AED), work with schools to inculcate heart-healthy habits and knowledge early in children and youths, support needy patients and fund research into the heart health of the population.
