The Arts Fission Company Ltd
Every donation makes a meaningful difference. A $10 donation provides a training kit for one beneficiary. A $50 donation supports a meaningful learning journey, enabling beneficiaries to explore and deepen their understanding of different environmental themes introduced each year, alongside professional dance training. A $100 donation gives one beneficiary the opportunity to experience theatre in a professional setting alongside professional dancers, opening doors to new experiences, skills and possibilities.
Founded in 1994 under the artistic direction of Cultural Medallion recipient Angela Liong, ARTS FISSION creates innovative dance works and community arts programmes that enrich everyday life. In 2009, it pioneered Everyday Waltzes for Active Ageing® to support older adults’ wellbeing, collaborating with healthcare organisations on gerontological research. The company also develops arts interventions for disadvantaged children, nurturing life skills, confidence and positive community participation.
