St. John’s Home for Elderly Persons (SJH), which has served vulnerable seniors for 68 years, is transitioning from a Sheltered Home to a Nursing Home. This move allows us to provide 24/7 skilled care for seniors and the chronically ill, while supporting Singapore’s national eldercare goals, enhancing our facilities, strengthening healthcare services, and ensuring the long-term well-being of our residents. As we begin our next chapter, our renewed brand reflects both our rich history and our ongoing commitment to caring for seniors for generations to come.
