Your donation will help TRANS Family Services provide practical and emotional support to children, seniors and families in need. Through casework and counselling, we help to address everyday needs and challenges that our clients face. Through community support initiatives such as our active ageing and befriending programmes, we create spaces which allow meaningful connections to be fostered, helping to reduce social isolation and foster inclusive communities.
TRANS Family Services is a registered charity and Institution of a Public Character (IPC) dedicated to strengthening individuals and families at every stage of life. Through our three Family Service Centres, Active Ageing Centre, Protection Specialist Centre and Strengthening Families Programme (FAM), we support children, youth, families and seniors navigating life's challenges and transitions.
