Xin Yuan Comcare Ltd is a registered charity and Institution of a Public Character (IPC) in Singapore, dedicated to supporting socially isolated and vulnerable seniors in the community. Based in Toa Payoh, we serve over 500 seniors through programmes focused on social support, community engagement, and basic needs assistance. Our work centres on building meaningful connections and improving the overall well-being of seniors who may otherwise lack regular family or community support.
